Does it recolor a folder of SVGs?

No. It outputs the plan for a future multi-file batch processor.

Which colors are detected?

Hex, rgb/rgba, hsl/hsla, and common named colors in the SVG source.

The first version uses a fixed SVGKit palette in the generated plan.
