SVG Diff generates a baseline report for comparing SVG structure, IDs, colors, and element counts.

The current tool records bytes, viewBox, IDs, colors, and element counts from one pasted SVG as the baseline side of a future diff.

It does not accept a second SVG yet. The output defines the comparison contract for a future two-file diff UI.
