No. It outputs a manifest only.

SVG Icon Set Manager generates an icon manifest from SVG shape candidates.

The tool extracts visible shape candidates, assigns missing IDs, records fill/stroke presence, and lists next icon-set actions.

It is not a full icon library UI yet. Future work can add multi-file upload, naming rules, previews, exports, and duplicate checks.
